Electromagnetic roasting machine adopts super electricity heating principle to heat the roller directly instead of any external source of heating. Heat is transferred to the outer roller using conduction. This helps in achieving high temperatures in an instant resulting in high thermal efficiency up to 94%, and reduction of 95% in pollution created using other fuels
This results in huge power savings, prevents heat losses and results in instantly achieving high temperatures. This also helps in providing consistent heat throughout the material avoiding any cold spots or high heat spots in the roasting, resulting in constant roasting and colouring of the products being roasted.
